How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

Products that are in stock are usually delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. You will receive regular updates and a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched.

I have a large order. Will it take the same amount of time?

Large orders are typically delivered within 7–10 days if all items are in stock. However, for customized, made-to-order, or bulk items, additional time may be required. Our team will notify you of any changes in delivery timelines.

I ordered products with different shipping timelines. When will I receive them?

If your order contains items with different dispatch timelines, we may:

  • Ship the items together once all are ready, or
  • Ship them separately after confirming your preference.

Our customer support team will coordinate the best shipping option for you.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free of charge across India, except for certain remote locations that fall under Out of Delivery Area (ODA) zones specified by our logistics partners. In such cases, minimal additional delivery fees may apply. For details, please contact customer care at info@kovialiving.com

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on info@kovialiving.comand selecting the “Track Order” option.
We aim to deliver all products within 10 days of dispatch. In rare cases, delays may occur due to extraordinary conditions such as weather disruptions or high-demand periods. Our team will always keep you informed of any changes.

What if I’m not home when my package arrives?

If you are unavailable during delivery, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery or leave a message with next-step instructions. You may also contact our customer care team to schedule a new delivery date.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can modify your shipping address before dispatch by contacting our support team. Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeline, please contact our customer care. We will promptly track your shipment and update you on the status.

How is the packaging done?

All Kovia products are packaged using high-quality, secure materials to protect them during transit. Furniture and décor items are packed in sturdy boxes with cushioning and edge protectors for added safety.

Can I request faster delivery?

We understand the need for quick deliveries, but our shipping timelines depend on production, quality checks, and logistics coordination. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know before placing your order, and we will try to arrange it if possible.

My shipment status says ‘Return to Origin’ (RTO). What does that mean?

A shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if:

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful
  • The address provided was incomplete or incorrect
  • The recipient was unreachable or refused the delivery

If your product returns to our warehouse, a two-way delivery fee and any applicable handling charges may be applied for redelivery.

How will the ordered products be delivered?

All orders are delivered through our trusted logistics network. Furniture and lighting items are carefully handled by professional delivery personnel. For multi-story buildings, door or floor delivery depends on building policies and logistics capabilities.

Can I postpone delivery?

Yes, if your order has not been dispatched, you can postpone the delivery by contacting our support team at info@kovialiving.com. We’ll reschedule as per your convenience whenever possible.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely. You will receive a detailed invoice via email once your order is confirmed. The invoice will also be included in your shipment and remain accessible through your Kovia account.
