Return & Refund Policy
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- Wrong or incorrect product delivered
- The product does not match the item ordered (wrong model, color, specification) or does not match the description on the website.
- Manufacturing defect or damage on arrival
- The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Original packaging requirement
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including outer cartons, internal cushioning, covers, labels, manuals, and accessories.

Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the product has been picked up and inspected:
- A refund of the eligible amount will be initiated to your original mode of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date the product reaches our facility and passes quality inspection.
- For cash‑on‑delivery or special payment methods, our team will share the applicable refund process (such as bank transfer).
Refunds will not be processed:
- For products not qualifying under the return conditions.
- Where damage is determined to be from misuse, improper handling, or post‑delivery damage.
- For custom/made‑to‑order items except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Cancellations
Standard Products
Kovia will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation before an order is processed or dispatched, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

- If your order has already entered production, packing, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible or may incur applicable charges.
Custom & Made‑to‑Order Products
No cancellation for customized and made‑to‑order products. Once an order is placed for a customized, personalized, or made‑to‑order item, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except where there is a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage covered under our warranty and return policy.
If Packaging Is Damaged on Delivery
If the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, or tampered at delivery:
- Ask the delivery partner to wait while you inspect the product.
- Take clear photos and videos of the packaging and the product from different angles.
- Keep all packaging materials intact.

Depending on the assessment, Kovia may offer:

Repair Policy
Kovia currently does not offer a stand‑alone repair service as a standard policy.
- Customers may choose to use local professional repair services at their own cost. Kovia cannot be held responsible for third‑party repairs.
Warranty Coverage
At Kovia, every product is crafted with attention to detail and quality. The Kovia warranty is designed to protect you against genuine manufacturing defects in our furniture, lighting, and decor.
What is Covered
Under normal residential use, the warranty covers:
- Broken, loose, or unstable joints or frames (for example, wobbly legs or weak connections).
- Misaligned doors, drawers, or shelves caused by manufacturing issues.
- Cracks in wood or metal that are not the result of impact, mishandling, or accidental damage.
- Uneven surfaces or warping not caused by moisture, water exposure, or improper storage.
- Faulty stitching, fabric tension, or upholstery defects on upholstered products.
- Peeling or chipping of paint, polish, laminate, or surface finish not caused by abrasives or harsh cleaners.
- Defective hardware such as hinges, channels, sliders, handles, knobs, or other fittings.
- Incorrect factory assembly or missing structural components (such as screws, bolts, or panels).
- Structural failure where the product collapses or deforms under normal use within its specified weight limit.

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use (minor scratches, dents, or fabric softening).
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, rough handling, or accidents (including impact, dragging, or dropping).
- Any alteration, modification, or repair carried out by non‑authorized personnel.
- Stains, cuts, burns, pet damage, spillage, or misuse of cleaning agents.
- Damage arising from extreme environmental conditions, such as direct sunlight, rain, leakage, moisture, high humidity, or heat sources.
- Products used in commercial, rental, or non‑residential environments unless explicitly stated as suitable.
- Damage due to incorrect installation or assembly done by the customer or a third party.
- Consumables and accessories such as bulbs, batteries, LED drivers, and similar items.
- Cracks, chips, or surface damage to marble and other natural stones developing after extended use (for example, after a month), as natural stone is sensitive to impact, spillage, and environmental factors.
- All repair, service, or replacement costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- You may contact our customer service for guidance on parts availability (if any) or general maintenance advice.
- Kovia will coordinate a reverse pickup where serviceable.
- The product must be carefully repacked in its original packaging.
- If original packaging is not available and the product is damaged in transit during return due to inadequate packing, Kovia may reduce or deny the refund based on the extent of damage.
- You may request a replacement of the same product, subject to availability, or
- An exchange for another Kovia product of equal value, where applicable.
- If you choose a higher‑priced product, you will need to pay the difference in amount.
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection at our facility.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method wherever possible (card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
- For alternative arrangements (such as COD orders), the process will be communicated by the customer care team.
